To create a Baeyond account, you’ll need to provide:
A valid email address
A username (this will be visible on your profile)
Your gender and the gender(s) you’re interested in
Your location (to match you with people nearby)
A password for secure login
Later in the onboarding process, you’ll be invited to complete your profile with your bio, interests, and photos.
Yes, at least one photo is required to access the full features of Baeyond.
Your photo helps build trust and increases your visibility within the community. You can upload as many photos as you want, but your profile must include a clear and authentic image of yourself to interact with others.
Photos are reviewed by moderators to ensure they meet our guidelines.
With the Free version of Baeyond, you can:
Create your profile
Browse other users
Send limited likes or waves
Participate in some events and features
With Baeyond+ (Premium), you unlock:
Unlimited interactions
Advanced search and filters
Priority placement in search results
Access to exclusive events and features
See who viewed your profile
Advanced privacy controls
You can upgrade anytime in your account settings.
If your verification email hasn’t arrived:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Click Resend verification email from the login or signup screen
Still not working? Contact support directly and we’ll manually verify your account.
Yes. You can update your gender or location at any time by going to:
Settings → Edit Profile
Note: Changing your location will update your match suggestions accordingly. However, frequent or suspicious location changes may temporarily limit visibility until reviewed.
FAQs – Using Baeyond
To send a message on Baeyond:
Visit the user’s profile – Browse through profiles and tap or click on the one you're interested in.
Click the “Message” button – If you're allowed to message them, the button will be visible beneath their profile details.
If you're using the Free plan, you cannot initiate a conversation.
However, you can reply to messages if the other person is a Baeyond+ user who messaged you first.
If you're on Baeyond+, you can start conversations with anyone on the platform, regardless of their plan.
💡 Tip: Upgrading to Baeyond+ gives you unlimited messaging and increases your chances of meaningful connections.
There’s no fixed limit to how many people you can match with on Baeyond. The platform is designed to help you connect with as many compatible users as possible based on your profile details, preferences, and activity.
However, the number of visible potential matches you see can depend on a few factors:
Your profile activity: The more active you are (logging in, liking profiles, updating your info), the more visible your profile becomes — and the more matches you'll likely receive.
Profile completeness: Profiles with photos, bios, and detailed preferences tend to attract more attention and better matches.
Your plan: While Free users can be matched and visible in searches, Baeyond+ members benefit from priority exposure and extended match reach, increasing their matching possibilities.

Yes — you have full control over your visibility.
In your Privacy Settings, you can:
Hide your profile from search results so others can’t find you.
Limit your visibility to only friends or registered users, if you prefer more privacy.
Pause your profile temporarily if you want to take a break from dating without deleting your account.
While your profile is hidden or paused, you won’t appear in matches, searches, or homepage features. You can reactivate your profile at any time.
Top Position is a visibility boost that places your profile at the top of search results, helping more users discover you quickly.
This feature is available exclusively to Baeyond+ members.
You can activate Top Position up to 30 times during your subscription.
Each activation lasts for a limited period, giving you more profile views and match potential during that window.
Tip: Use Top Position strategically — for example, during peak activity hours or after updating your photos.
Being featured on the Baeyond homepage gives your profile prime exposure and increases your chances of getting noticed.
To improve your chances:
Upload a clear, high-quality profile photo.
Stay active and responsive on the platform.
Complete your profile with engaging details.
As a Baeyond+ subscriber, you’ll receive 7 Featured Position boosts, which guarantee your spot on the homepage for a set time, putting you directly in front of more potential matches.
FAQs – Account & Support
If you no longer wish to keep your Baeyond+ subscription, you have a few options depending on what you’d like to do next:
🔁 Switch back to the free plan
You don’t have to delete your account to stop using Baeyond+. Simply downgrade:
This will stop your paid subscription from renewing at the next billing cycle, and you'll continue with the basic features available in the free version.
🔒 Deactivate your account temporarily
Not sure if you want to leave for good? You can deactivate your account to pause all activity. Your profile will be hidden and no one will be able to see or contact you while you're away. You can reactivate anytime by logging back in.
🗑️ Permanently delete your account
If you’re certain you want to leave, you can delete your account completely:
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account will erase all your data, matches, conversations, and profile history permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Go to their profile.
Scroll to the bottom.
Tap the “Report” button and choose a reason.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. All reports remain confidential.
Please report any profile, message, or photo that violates our community guidelines. This helps us keep Baeyond safe for everyone. Use the “Report” button located at the bottom of profiles or next to messages.
