If you no longer wish to keep your Baeyond+ subscription, you have a few options depending on what you’d like to do next:
🔁 Switch back to the free plan
You don’t have to delete your account to stop using Baeyond+. Simply downgrade:
This will stop your paid subscription from renewing at the next billing cycle, and you'll continue with the basic features available in the free version.
🔒 Deactivate your account temporarily
Not sure if you want to leave for good? You can deactivate your account to pause all activity. Your profile will be hidden and no one will be able to see or contact you while you're away. You can reactivate anytime by logging back in.
🗑️ Permanently delete your account
If you’re certain you want to leave, you can delete your account completely:
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account will erase all your data, matches, conversations, and profile history permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Go to their profile.
Scroll to the bottom.
Tap the “Report” button and choose a reason.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. All reports remain confidential.
Please report any profile, message, or photo that violates our community guidelines. This helps us keep Baeyond safe for everyone. Use the “Report” button located at the bottom of profiles or next to messages.
If your payment went through but Baeyond+ is not active:
Ensure you're logged in with the same account used to purchase.
Wait a few minutes and try restarting the app.
If the issue persists, contact support with a copy of your receipt or transaction ID. We'll fix it as quickly as possible.
You can easily manage your profile visibility from your Account Settings. This allows you to decide who can view your profile based on your preferences and privacy needs. The available options include:
Everyone – Your profile is publicly visible to all users, including those who haven’t signed up yet.
Friends only – Only users you've matched with or added as friends can view your profile.
Registered users only – Your profile will only be visible to people who have created a Baeyond account.
Subscribers only – Only Baeyond+ members can view your profile.
No one (Hidden Mode) – Your profile will be hidden entirely. Use this option if you want to pause your activity without deleting your account.
Additionally, you can block specific users at any time to prevent them from seeing your profile or messaging you.
Want to stay private but still explore? Use "Hidden Mode" and browse profiles discreetly.
You can update your email address by going to your Profile Settings and selecting the option to edit your email.
Currently, no phone number is required or linked when creating a Baeyond account, so there’s no phone number to update.
If you have any trouble updating your email, feel free to contact support.
If you've forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
Yes! You can deactivate your profile temporarily via your Privacy Settings.
This allows you to take a break while keeping your data safe. You can reactivate your account anytime by logging back in.
To upgrade to Baeyond+, go to the Subscription section in your account settings.

These help you stay updated without needing to adjust any settings.
If someone blocks you, you will still be able to view their profile and send them messages,
but they will not receive those messages or see any interaction from your side.
Yes. You can manage your blocked users list in your Settings.
From there, you can unblock any user at any time.
No. Baeyond does not currently offer an option to manually set your online status.
Your online presence is managed automatically by the system.

To improve matching, the display is set so that:
– Men see only women
– Women see only men
